    Hills Crane Inspection Service, Inc. is a third-party  equipment inspection company.  We have been servicing the Chicagoland and  midwest region for over a decade.  For your convenience we perform inspections on-site or at your facility.                          

       We specialize in the inspection of truck cranes, rough terrain cranes, boom truck cranes, carry deck cranes, crawler cranes, hoists, overhead cranes, gantry cranes, bridge cranes, jib cranes, derrick cranes, aerial man lifts, scissor lifts, man cages, lifting beams, forklifts, and rough terrain forklifts.

         Hills Crane Inspection Service does not repair equipment, so there is no financial gain in recommending unnecessary repairs or service.

       We also "track" your equipment and will notify you  approximately two weeks before your current inspection expires.     

        We are capable of performing load tests up to 50,000 lbs. 

       We thoroughly inspect lattice members, cords, box booms, and boom extensions (jibs) for cracks, dings, dents, bends, and bad welds.  Manufacture's tolerance varies.

     Most inspections are performed in Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, Missouri, and Wisconsin.  We are willing to travel worldwide.
